The following information covers the terms and conditions for the use of earring templates created and sold by Amy Romeu LLC.
TERMS OF USE AND LICENSE
This is a SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE covering:
- Four included starter earring templates (Teardrop, Petal, Wave, Leaf)
- Any and all earring templates in my Free Resource Library on my blog
- Any other earring templates you PURCHASE in my shop

PERMITTED USES
Use of this file is for SMALL BUSINESS USE ONLY. By purchasing this file, you agree to the following terms of use.
With the purchase of this license, YOU MAY create and sell an unlimited amount of PHYSICAL EARRINGS made from:
- The four included earring templates (Teardrop, Petal, Wave, Leaf)
- Any and all earring templates in my Free Resource Library on my blog
- Any other earring templates you PURCHASE in my shop
YOU MAY sell your earrings on your own website, your Shopify or Big Commerce Store, Etsy, at craft shows, Facebook marketplace, or in person sales.

FORBIDDEN USES
YOU MAY NOT mass produce earrings made from my earring designs.
YOU MAY NOT share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL EARRING TEMPLATE FILES or patterns in part or whole in any way.
YOU MAY NOT alter the DIGITAL EARRING TEMPLATE FILES in any way (including making design changes, color alteration, size changes) in order to share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute.
YOU MAY NOT use my designs with print on demand services like Zazzle, Printful, Merch by Amazon, Tee Spring, etc.
NO REDISTRIBUTION: You may not REPRODUCE, ALTER, MODIFY, SHARE, GIFT, COPY, SELL, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS or REDISTRIBUTE the contents of the digital kit you purchased this license for, in whole or part, for any reason.

SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE FAQs
Q: Do I have to renew the license?
A: No, this license is a one time only fee.
Q: Does this license include any templates?
A: Yes, this license includes the following FOUR starter earring templates: the Teardrop, the Petal, the Wave, and the Leaf. It does not include any other templates in my shop.
If you want to sell additional template designs in my shop under this license, please purchase each desired template.
As a license holder, you are entitled to a special discount for all future template purchases from my shop. See your download folder for your discount code. (Please do not share this discount code as every purchase is tracked and matched back to the license holder's account.)
Q: Does this license apply to future earring designs?
A: Yes, you will be allowed to purchase and use any future earring template design in my shop under this license.
Q: Do I need to give Amy Romeu credit for the design when I list my earrings for sale?
A: No, this is a “No Credit” license. Credit is not required (but always appreciated!)
Q: When I buy the license, does it apply to other designs in your shop, like keychains templates?
A: No, this license only applies to my earring templates. Keychain templates and other templates have their own separate commercial license pricing in my shop.
Q: Where can I sell my earrings?
A: You may sell your earrings on your own website, your Shopify or Big Commerce Store, Etsy, at craft shows, Facebook marketplace, or in person sales.
Q: Can I use your earring photographs or other images for my own sales?
A: No. My product photography or product images, digital or otherwise, is my own intellectual property and copyright protected. My earring photography or product images cannot be used and are never included with the purchase of an earring template or a commercial license.
Q: Can I resell the earring templates?
A: No. Under NO conditions are the original template designs ever to be resold. I am very protective of my creative work. My template designs are my family’s livelihood. Please be respectful of my intellectual property.
Q: Can I share earring templates I purchase from you with friends and family?
A: No. Under NO conditions are my earring template designs to be shared. Thank you for respecting my family business.

Modification of Terms: Amy Romeu shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements.
