Returns

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are NO REFUNDS on digital products. No exceptions. Please be sure you know how to download and use digital download files before placing your order. If you need help with your digital download, please visit our Digital Download Help page by clicking here.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I'm sorry, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund (less original shipping) and place a new order for the item you want.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail your items in their original packaging to the address below. Return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable.

When shipping your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
